TwelveCollection from NG8 is free. Delivery is £5 within five miles of NG8. At least ten days' notice. Every cake comes with an ingredients and allergen card; the kitchen handles nuts, gluten, eggs and dairy, so tell us about any allergy when you ask.

The birthday date, how many people, the theme or a photo you like, chocolate or vanilla, collection or delivery.
For the finished cake, flavour and cream agreed, allergens listed. Usually the same day.
Bank transfer. The other half before you collect, or before we set off. Change your mind more than a week out and the deposit comes back.
Boxed, with the ingredients card inside. Fresh cream cakes go straight in the fridge.
At least ten days for birthday and themed cakes, two to three weeks for the dumpling and other sculpted cakes. If it's sooner than that, ask anyway; sometimes there's a gap.
Collection from NG8 is free. Delivery is £5 within five miles of NG8. That covers most of Nottingham, Beeston and Bulwell. Further than that, we quote on the round trip.
Fresh cream if you like it light and the cake is being eaten within two days; keep it in the fridge. Buttercream if you want a themed or sculpted design, or it needs to last the weekend; it keeps three to four days in a cool room. Themed and dumpling cakes are always buttercream.
Every cake comes with a card listing the ingredients and the allergens in it. The kitchen handles nuts, gluten, eggs and dairy, so no cake can be guaranteed free of them. Tell us the allergy when you enquire and we'll tell you honestly what we can do.
6 inch: 8 to 10 party slices. 8 inch: 14 to 16. The dumpling: about 10. For more than that we quote a bigger cake, or add a box of cupcakes. See the three drawn to scale.
Colours, the name and small details are included in the price. A bigger change to a themed or sculpted cake gets a fresh quote before you pay anything.
More than a week before the date, the deposit comes back in full. Inside a week the ingredients are bought and the slot is held, so the deposit stays with us.
We open for orders soon. Send the date and what you have in mind and we'll hold the slot. You commit to nothing until you've seen the price.
